Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FitCircuitAI collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our Service. Please read it carefully.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the FitCircuitAI website, mobile experience, and related services (the “Service”).
“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you or your household (definitions vary by jurisdiction).
This policy does not apply to third-party services you may access through the Service (such as payment processors or external links), which are governed by their own policies.
A. Information you provide
- Account information (e.g., email address) if you create an account.
- Workout preferences and settings you input (timers, rounds, equipment selections, notes).
- Support communications (messages you send to us).
B. Information collected automatically
- Device and browser data (e.g., IP address, browser type, language, time zone).
- Usage data (pages viewed, features used, interactions, timestamps, referrers).
- Approximate location inferred from IP address (city/region-level).
- Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies (see “Cookies and Tracking” below).
C. Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, or other processors where offered). We typically receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction metadata (e.g., purchase status and timestamps) to provide access and prevent fraud. We do not store full payment card numbers.
D. Sensitive data note
We are not a medical provider and do not request medical diagnoses. Some information you enter (such as workout preferences, difficulty, or fitness-related settings) may be considered sensitive in some jurisdictions. We use this information only to provide the Service.
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Generate workouts and enable timers and workout flow based on your settings.
- Process purchases, provide access, handle refunds (where applicable), and prevent fraud.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
- Improve features, performance, and user experience.
- Monitor, secure, and protect the Service, including detecting abuse and troubleshooting.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
The Service may use automated systems, including AI, to generate workout sessions based on your inputs (such as structure, timing, and preferences). Automated outputs may not be suitable for all users. You remain responsible for your fitness and safety decisions.
We may use aggregated and de-identified usage data to improve the Service. Where feasible, we aim to minimize personal data used for model tuning or analytics. If we use third-party AI providers, processing is subject to contractual safeguards and this Privacy Policy.
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and improve the Service.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain features.
Local storage / device identifiers
The Service may store a device identifier locally (for example, in localStorage) to help maintain session continuity, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how to interpret DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers who help operate the Service (hosting, security, customer support).
- Payment processors to complete transactions and prevent fraud.
- Legal compliance to respond to lawful requests, court orders, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
No sale / no sharing for targeted advertising
We do not sell your Personal Information. We also do not “share” Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under certain U.S. privacy laws).
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes (including security and fraud prevention).
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and your relationship with us (e.g., whether you have an account or purchases).
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. Where required (for example under GDPR), we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
A. General rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your Personal Information, such as access, correction, deletion, portability, and the ability to object to or restrict certain processing.
B. California (CCPA / CPRA)
- Right to know what Personal Information we collect, use, disclose, and share.
- Right to delete Personal Information (subject to legal exceptions).
- Right to correct inaccurate Personal Information.

- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
C. EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process your Personal Information under the following legal bases, as applicable: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligations.
- Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability.
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date below indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
